Delivery Information

At Bayt Al Zayn Limited, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the time it arrives at your doorstep. Here’s what you need to know about our delivery process:

Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping:  Tracked delivery within 5-7 business days. 

Express Shipping:  Tracked  delivery within 2-3 business days.

International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on destination.

Shipping Costs: Standard Shipping: Free for orders over £50. A flat rate of £5 for orders under £50.

Express Shipping: £10 flat rate.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not,  please read our exchange policy.

Return Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process:

Contact our customer service team at returns@baytalzayn.co.uk to initiate a return.

You will receive a return authorisation and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Please include the original packing slip or order number with your return.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and to be borne by customer only.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at info@baytalzayn.co.uk

We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@baytalzayn.co.uk

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
